This little .NET tool was born out of frustration one night when I couldn’t find a decent,
quick way to encode and decode URI’s quickly and easily on a windows box. EncodedToClipboard encodes or decodes
whatever you pass into it and dumps it to stdout and the clipboard. It attempts to detect if
you are encoding or decoding if you don’t specify on the command-line.
